Over the last twenty years he has held various commercial and technical functions in Data Processing consultancy companies specialised in telecommunications. More recently, Didier Certain was, for two years, marketing product manager at Alcatel in a division specialised in voice services. He worked also for a marketing consultancy agency, for two years. Didier Certain is a specialist in operational marketing in the field of information technology. He is more precisely expert in e-business and customer relationship management.
